Integrated Informatics is seeking qualified candidates for a management position for its Calgary location.  The successful candidate will have a deep and broad knowledge of the Oil and Gas and Natural Resources sectors as well as the role and applicability of GIS in those sectors.  They will also show a strong track record of successful projects, client interaction, meeting facilitation, managing technical teams, strategy setting, business development, and above all, a proven ability to deliver.

Job Qualifications

This is a senior level position within the company and many of the qualifications are difficult to quantify.  We have high expectations and are seeking candidates who can meet the majority of the following qualifications:

  • In depth knowledge and experience with the usage of geographic information systems and spatial data management within the Energy and Natural Resource sectors and their use in support of communication, analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience working in the cultures of large corporations and of consulting companies
  • Technical and Business savvy; ability to put aside technical activities to focus on critical business tasks
  • High standards for business ethics and quality of service
  • Strong reputation and credible within industry (Energy and Natural Resources)
  • Confident and professional; comfortable with presenting to clients and at conferences
  • Experience with client relationship management
  • Ability to identify and cultivate opportunities and close business deals
  • Understanding of what makes a good proposal and how to create one
  • Entrepreneurial drive and creative mindset
  • Responsible for business development and corporate growth
  • Proven experience with and/or willingness to manage personnel
  • Comfortable in working with sensitive information (client, personnel, and financial)
